Day 1 |
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, transfer to mid-level hotel in Arusha, Jacaranda Hotel. |
Day 2 |
Breakfast, Drive to the gate of Londorosi for a few minute of registration and other formalities. The 4WD will take you further up to Lemosho glades, thereafter you can walk for about 4hrs to Mti Mkubwa Campsite (9,200ft) Dinner and overnight at the camp, B.L.D. |
Day 3 |
Breakfast, leave the Mti Mkubwa campsite for Shira plateau (11,550ft), walking through the moorland steepenning track. Dinner and Overnight at the Shira I Camp, B.L.D. |
Day 4 |
Breakfast, hike across the high desert to Shira II camp (12,220ft) with significant acclimatization effect as we goes up the mountain. B, L, D. |
Day 5 |
After breakfast, we leave Shira II for Baranco Camp (13,100ft). Overnight Baranco Camp, B, L, D. |
Day 6 |
After breakfast, we leave Baranco Camp for Barafu Camp (14,910ft). We will pass through the last water drop at Karanga valley on the way up. Overnight Barafu Camp, B, L, D. |
Day 7 |
Wake up at midnight, and after a small snack, start ascending to Uhuru Peak through the Stella point (18,640ft), then after reaching the summit, we will head down to Mweka Camp (10,100ft) for dinner and overnight, B, L, D. |
Day 8 |
After breakfast, we will head down to Mweka gate with lunch packet, and the waiting vehicle will take you to Jacaranda Hotel. B.L. |
Day 9 |
Transfer to the airport for your return flight, B. |

- Guarantee Departure and Guarantee Price once we receive your deposit (be aware! most other Companies do not have this policy!)
- Arrival and departure Kilimanjaro Airport transfers. Also, free bus shuttle transfer Nairobi-Arusha-Nairobi if flying to/from Nairobi.
- 2 nights accommodations at a mid-class hotel (Bed & Breakfast) in Arusha, before and after the climb.
Upgrade to Ilboru Safari Lodge is available for $40/person for the 2 nights in Arusha.
Also, upgrade to Impala Hotel is available, and this will cost $50/person for the 2 nights in Arusha.
- Accommodation in mountain huts or mountain tents with mattresses We use the highest quality expedition tents of Eureka and The North Face, which are made and imported directly from USA.
- Meals as indicated (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner).
- All park fees, including mountain rescue fees, government taxes and all applicable fees and taxes.
- Services of a Professional leading guide who is medically trained, certified, licensed and English speaking
- Services of English-speaking assistant guide (s), a skilled cook, and enough numbers of porters for your luggage, food, and water, and a dinning tent.
- Dining tent (provided only when a group is of 5 or more trekkers. If less than 5 trekkers, and you want it to be included, we will have to charge you $90/group)
- Transport from your hotel to the mountain, and back to your hotel.
- Use of radios/phones to increase your safety.
- Group average of 4~6 climbers, maximum of 10
- Discount is available for group of 3 or more, booking together

- Items of a personal nature such as passport, visa, traveler¡¯s insurance, medical evacuation insurance (a 50$ value).
- Tips to guides and porters.
- International Airfare (unless explicitly stated).
- Medical Equipment which can be rented well in advance for the following costs: $250/group for hyperbaric chamber, $210/group for an emergency Oxygen cylinder and $140/group for a stretcher. Please note these prices include a porter to carry the equipment.
- Portable toilets: If you do not want to use public toilets which some of climbers have been complaining about being dirty, then add $110/person (or $180/group) for a portable toilet. Kindly, let us know at the time you make a booking and not afterwards.
