Africa Camping Safari |

| Facilities in Campsites |
| |
Most campsites have basic facilities for toilet (pit latrines, a.k.a. long drop or bush toilet). Some other campsites have shower facilities (cold water). Our camp staff (cook) can warm the water for you to have warm water for bathing. |

On the right, are some of the pictures taken from our camping safari, showing kind of tents used, etc. |
| Meals |
| |
Meals on our camping safari are even better than meals from some of lodges.
Sample Menu includes:
Breakfast: Coffee, tea, porridge, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, bread, butter, jam, honey, fruit juices. Lunch: salads, smoked sailfish, beef, salami, ham, fruit, salad, pancake, Coffee, tea.
Dinner: soup, fish, meat, chicken, vegetables (green beans, broccoli, spinach, cabbage) pasta or rice, potatoes, fruits and dessert. Also, hot/cold drinks |
| Wildlife Viewing Experience |
| |
This depends much on location of a campsite to be used. The same thing applies to lodges as some of lodges / campsites are better at some time of the year and not always all year around. In most cases we chose the ones that are better located and we also factor in a budget of a traveler. |
| Safety from Animals |
| |
We receive this question a lot! While no one can guarantee another person¡¯s safety, the camping safari are reasonably safe, and hardly you can hear campers being attacked by animals as most animals have been used to see people camping and they are used to it. However, accidents (a camper being attacked with an animal, or so), do happen sometimes, but those cases are very rare. |
| Upgrading from Budget Camping Safari to Luxury Camping Safari |
| |
The Luxury Camping safari costs more than luxury Lodge safari (of staying at Sopa or Serena Lodges). Basically, you are looking at a price of $380/person/day and up for a luxury camping safari for 2, vs about $170/person/day for a budget camping safari, or $280/person/day for luxury lodge safari. |
